As a business leader, the most important question you can ask yourself when facing a work issue today is: do I have all the information I need to make the right decision?

Although the standard quandary of how much information is too much invariably arises, the real dilemma that occurs from asking this question is -- from whom and where did this information originate? In most cases, it was provided to you by people who, no matter how hard the attempt to remove any bias, have their own individual agendas.

Hence, your goal then becomes to identify someone whose only “agenda” is to see you achieve the same level of excellence that you want. Someone whose vested interest lays the same place yours does – in the quality of your business.

This is the reason The Hook Group exists. To provide you with an "agenda-free" voice who has the information you need to achieve that excellence.

We have extensive experience in the operational, marketing, human resource and financial aspects of retail, non-profit and corporate businesses and will put that expertise to use for you. If there is an issue or opportunity that you are struggling with right now, please give us a call or send us an email. We will arrange a no-cost consultation to determine how we can benefit you and your organization.

However, from one business leader who has hired consultants to one who is considering it, before you make that call there are two things you should know:

1) It is not part of our business plan to become embedded in your company or to become an indispensable part of your daily existence. In fact our goal is exactly the opposite -- to help you with an issue, and then let you get back to the business of running your business in the best way you know how. That is why our contracts are time and item-specific. Our only goal is for you to achieve the excellence you want for you and your organization.

2) At the end of our contract we will ask you for a written evaluation. This evaluation can be one word, one sentence or a book. It can be positive or negative and obviously we will be striving to make it positive. Its purpose is that as an organization, we feel we can only achieve our own excellence when we have the unbiased opinions of our customers.

If you are not currently satisfied with the level of excellence in your business, I urge you to give us a call. I guarantee you'll be satisfied with the results.
